我们在互联网上发布招募用户的信息，最终共有6名非专业的跑步爱好者（2名女性，4名男性）参与了用户测试。整个测试是在一个无人的运动场中进行的，并在用户同意的情况下通过摄像机进行 了记录。这项研究的目的是测试R-tattoo在一定时间跑步路程中激励用户的效果。
We published the information of recruiting users on the Internet. Finally, a total of 6 non professional runners (2 women and 4 men) participated in the user test. The whole test was carried out in an unmanned playground and recorded by camera with the consent of the user. The purpose of this study was to test the effect of r-tattoo on motivating users during a certain time running distance.
测试需要用户穿戴R-tattoo跑10分钟，所有被试按照预定义的结构执行一系列活动。我们通过一份简短的问卷收集结果，其中包括9个采用李克特量表(Likert scale) 5分制的问题，探索R-tattoo对被试的跑步激励效果。我们还请被试描述他们在测试中的感受。
The test requires the user to wear r-tattoo and run for 10 minutes. All subjects perform a series of activities according to the predefined structure. We collected the results through a short questionnaire, including 9 questions on the 5-point Likert scale, to explore the running incentive effect of r-tattoo on subjects. We also asked the subjects to describe their feelings during the test.

我们的结果清楚地表明，R-tattoo能够在一定程度上为跑步者提供激励。在问卷中，“坚持到获得完整图像”和“认为设备对于跑步有激励作用”这两项的平均得分均为4.33分，“获得完整图像会有成就感”和“愿意再次本设备”这两项的平均得分均为4.17分。这些结果表明，R-tattoo能够鼓励跑步者完成跑步目标，并提高了长跑体验。“认为跑步过程中观察图案方便”的平均得分为4.67分，“认为该设备不会影响跑步”的平均得分为4.5分。这些发现表明，R-tattoo能够在不打扰跑步者跑步进程的情况下给予激励反馈。
Design a wearable sports device. Users can design the expected long-distance running time by themselves. The device will gradually display the medal pattern according to the running progress. The device displays the progress of the whole long-distance run with the completion of the pattern, so as to give the runner timely progress feedback, and give the runner a medal after the run.
虽然大多数反馈都是积极的，但在“根据跑步进程显示图像的功能容易理解”这一问题上，跑步者的平均得分为3.83分。一位跑步者认为R-tattoo图像的实时反馈让人不好理解，不知道下一个像素格点什么时候会亮，最终是什么时候截止。
Although most of the feedback was positive, on the issue of "the function of displaying images according to the running process is easy to understand", the average score of runners was 3.83. A runner thinks that the real-time feedback of r-tattoo image is hard to understand. He doesn't know when the next pixel grid will be on and when it will end.
在一对一的采访中，一个跑步者说R-tattoo不会给她带来压力，让她能够更好地根据自己的节奏完成跑步目标。同时，图案一点点变得完整的过程让她觉得自己特别厉害，感受非常好。还有一个跑步者提到曾经跑步的时候容易放弃，但是R-tattoo让他觉得跑步过程中有了自己期待的事物，能够更好地激励他完成目标。这些都表明R-tattoo能给跑步者带来更好的跑步体验，提高跑步积极性。但是，有两个跑步者提到R-tattoo目前显示的图案简单，种类不多，图案加载的方式也较为单一。这反映了当前设备图案个性化能力的不足，需要提供更多样的图案和更多变的加载方式。
In a one-on-one interview, a runner said that r-tattoo would not bring pressure to her, so that she could better achieve her running goals according to her own rhythm. At the same time, the process of the pattern becoming complete bit by bit made her feel very powerful and feel very good. Another runner mentioned that it was easy to give up when running, but r-tattoo made him feel that he had something to look forward to in the process of running, which could better motivate him to achieve his goals. All these show that r-tattoo can bring better running experience and improve runners' enthusiasm. However, two runners mentioned that r-tattoo currently displays simple patterns, few types, and a single way to load patterns. This reflects the lack of personalization ability of current equipment patterns, which needs to provide more diverse patterns and more variable loading methods.

当前设备的作用和目的缺乏明确的指示。可增强必要信息的指示，使设备的作用更明确、更清晰易懂。同时，可在以视觉反馈为主的基础上，补充辅助的听觉反馈，增设蜂鸣器帮助提示跑步者跑步的起止。
设备目前提供的图案较少，增设更多的图案供用户选择，在测试时提供给被试足够的吸引力。
当前设备没有与用户的生理数据（如：心率、血氧、步频等）进行显示和联动，后期可以针对这部分进行补充。

在 App 端我们考虑在未来上线关于运动排名以及运动社区相关的功能，便于用户进行运动打卡，分享运动心得。
On the app side, we consider launching sports ranking and sports community related functions in the future to facilitate users to punch in and share sports experience.
